Keep the lights on
A.A. groups pay rent here, but rent alone doesn’t cover heat, electricity, coffee and snow removal. Members and donors make up the difference.

Groups: rent and new meetings
A.A. groups and other 12-step fellowships rent time in the meeting room. Want to start a new meeting at the club, or change your group’s time?
Give your time
Make coffee, shovel the walk, help with a potluck or a fall cleanup. Service keeps you sober and keeps the club open.
How the club and A.A. fit together
A.A.’s Traditions say groups should own no property and accept no outside money, so they can stay focused on their primary purpose. That’s why clubhouses like this one exist: the Alano Club is a separate organization that owns nothing of A.A.’s and speaks for no one in A.A. It simply keeps the room ready.
Contributions dropped in a meeting’s basket go to that A.A. group. Club dues and donations go to the clubhouse.
